Many accept Octopus, credit cards and e-wallets, and some run loyalty schemes or pre-orders; birthday cakes and festive boxes (mooncakes at Mid-Autumn, for example) usually need ordering in advance, a few days ahead on popular dates. Dessert shops are liveliest in the evening and some stay open late; ask for insulated packing for frozen takeaways.

Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Central is Hong Kong's financial and business heart; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links the streets up the hill, Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo come alive at night, and the Central piers serve the Outlying Islands.

Fried chicken basil waffle was delicious, Rose and lychee tea was good as well. Cold teas come with a lid holder so it can be re-used! Savoury portions are large so suggest sharing between two people or more. Whereas sweet waffle comes in half/full sizes :)

the 鹽酥雞 one is definitely the MVP!!! i have visited a few times for it since the opening as i keep craving for it!! soooooooo gooooood (i want to have it again now just by looking at the photo 🤤🤤🤤) the oolong tea is very soothing with a lingering taste that also helps cleanse the palate. and it comes in a handy bottle. i also like the interior design a lot especially the hanging light of the jumping fox through the wormholes. cute!!

Waffle is quite fully stuffed with cream and the portion is large, the waffles is crunchy at served so you need to eat quickly. However the waffle is a bit tasteless, which i would expected some flavor of chocolate (from its color) or egg/bakery aroma. Chocolate and strawberry cream is light and quite well flavored without being too sweet. You would not feel guilty when licking the cream.

🌟 4.5/5 🌟 Visited on a Friday afternoon (4:30–5:30pm) and ordered the Matcha Cream Mochi — a great choice. The waffle had a satisfying crunch with a light, airy interior — quite distinct from the classic HK-style 格仔餅, just a different style altogether. The matcha cream was smooth and well-balanced, not overpowering, and paired beautifully with the freshly made waffle. A solid spot that’s worth revisiting. Will definitely be back! 🧇🍵
