Professional staff with great set up. The staffs are patient and guides us on taking a nice photo for our toddler. The photo quality and editing are great. I would prefer the shop under same chain in Yau Ma Tei as the shop is more spacey.

Really impressed with the service and product outcome. While it might be more expensive than average, I think the quality of photos that came out truly deserved it. They accommodated my last minute booking and I was able to complete the whole process within 20 minutes.

Male photographer very impatient. Booked in advance but still waited 20 minutes for my turn on a weekday. Also paid already and emailed them the receipt but they claimed they had not received any payment - nearly paid twice until I insisted they check their system and email!

Absolutely five star services with sincerity and professionalism. All 3 photographers are very kind and eager to cheer up my 10months old baby with full of patience. They did not sell us to take all photos but rather listening our needs and suggesting accordingly. At the end of day, a fantastic experience in a cozy Saturday morning.

Great service! I got some ID photos taken here. They were able to take the photo and edit the blemishes on the spot. The editor was patient and asked what I thought. The whole session was finished within 30mins. Paid $180 for 12 hard copy photos. You can also send yourself a soft copy too! I love how they also have these small little gestures that make the experience better. The had wax, hairspray, other styling tools available for you to use on set in case you want to fix your hair or style it. They even had a steamer too. Very well prepared. Definitely recommended!
