Disorganised. We arrived on time for our appointment but were told to come back in 15min. We opt to stay and waited in the small, messy and stuffy room with no air conditioning. We were informed beforehand the studio can do passport photo with a digital code. Actually it was the usual hardcopy passport size photos and a jpeg file that any photo shop could do. So we asked the photographer where's the digital code for the passport photo? The response was the most muddled explanation we have ever heard, in short meaning he couldn't provide it. Avoid this place for the pure unprofessional and misleading attitude.

Very professional photographer! We have a 3 yr old and the photographer managed to get his attention and shot amazing photos for our family. Highly recommended!

The professional studio I visited was truly impressive. It was well-equipped for high-quality photo shoots. The photographer was knowledgeable, attentive, and provided excellent guidance throughout the session. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Speedycat Photo Studio for their expertise, and exceptional service.

Bad experience. Do not recommend. They are out to charge you the max. I did not know their pricing structure well and so thought I would need to upper pricing. Then did not need the upper pricing time. They still charged that higher amount. Then wanted extra $100 for a raw photo to use for passport application. Will not use them again. There are better studios and better customer service. No I'm not mistaken. It was SpeedyCat because I received an email offering that you would give the passport photo for free, if I took down the review. I did not take the offer, because that felt like a bribe.
