About Pillows Co-Living
Pillows Co-Living is a hostel in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong, at Flat C&D, 8/F, 36-38 Mody Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it. This is an upstairs shop: the way in is usually through the building lobby rather than from the street, so check the building name, floor and unit before you go and allow a few minutes for the lift.
When booking, check whether the rate includes service charges and breakfast, read the cancellation terms and compare with the property's own website. Prices are highest and rooms scarcest at Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year and during major trade fairs and concerts; with heavy luggage, a stay near an MTR or Airport Express station makes life easier. Hostels offer dorm beds and private rooms, ask for ID at check-in, and some provide lockers.
No opening hours have been published here yet; the Google Maps link on this page shows the latest details. Bear in mind that many small shops close over Lunar New Year and may not open while a typhoon or black rainstorm warning is in force. You can call 9855 1884; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. As this is a mobile number, a WhatsApp message may also work. More information is on its website, pillowscoliving.com.
Customers give it an average of 4.6 out of 5 on Google (53 reviews), a high score by any measure.
Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

I had a lovely stay here for several nights while on a layover in Hong Kong :) The young female staff member was super friendly and kind. There’s a washing machine you can use for your laundry, fridge freezer and fully equipped kitchen area with sink, one hob and microwave. The rooms are small, a little run down and could do with redecorating and there is limited hot water but if you don’t plan to be inside much, it’s fine. The bed was soooooo comfortable! The location is great, right next to a subway station, plus lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Each room needs a separate keycard to access and the main entrance is keycard too, so it felt very secure. The elevator was a little scary and very gross but ok haha. I liked that provided free tea/coffee sachets and free snacks, plus a few paid items (fizzy drinks, etc) via honesty box. Many rooms face a busy road so if you’re a light sleeper, you might struggle with the sound of honking cars and loud engines but I was fine and they provide ear plugs. I would definitely stay here again in future! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Stayed in 813 for 3 nights. Checked in early evening, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The one that I dealt with could speak English and Cantonese. The room was pretty compact. It had a single, desk and chair to work on, and a large wardrobe. The bed had a thick mattress, which was medium firm. The wardrobe had plenty of space and could hold my 2 luggages. There's even a hairdryer in the room The bathroom was also compact. It just about fitted a shower, a sink and the toilet. Everything for the bathroom was supplied including liquid soap, shampoo, tissue, disposable toothbrush and even air freshener. The bathroom absolutely smelt fresh. The rooms were cleaned and tidied every morning without my asking. The AC worked well and very cooled the room down. The Wifi worked well in the room and throughout the hotel. I didn't use the common area much, but it had a breakfast table with lots of high chairs. There was a large fridge and I think basic cook facilities was possible. Location wise, the hotel in an apartment complex with an elevator. It's right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, about 5 minutes walk to the MRT station. Overall, I had a very good stay. For the price, I thoug

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly felt like I was at home. The room was very quiet, cozy, and comfortable - perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything you might need was provided: iron, ironing board, drinking water, and many other thoughtful amenities. The atmosphere was warm and peaceful, and the staff were always kind and helpful. It’s rare to find a place that feels this comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and cozy place to stay.I also truly regret staying here for only one night. My next hotel was twice as expensive, yet much, much worse in every possible way. This place was far more comfortable, cozy, and welcoming. If I return, I would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.

I really love staying here for 4 nights during my trip in Hongkong, the people are lovely, warm and helpful. They provide all the facilities, from kitchen, microwave, laundry, even drying. The room is clean and comfortable, the bed is comfy. The location is very very strategic, TST MTR station just right there in front of the building with MTR lift, so if you bring big luggage and you use MTR do not have to be worry if you stay here. So many food stalls, cafe, convenience stores, shops and malls nearby. I love doing night stroll around the hotel. And the price is very reasonable and affordable. So far it is really recommended to stay in Pillows Co-Living if you visit Hongkong.
