Great location and clean! It was very easy getting to and from the airport to the location. The rooms are small but we had a small desk, chair, and nightstand, on which we could put some things. We had new towels in the bathroom everyday. There was an AC unit in our room so it was never too hot. Sometimes it was quite humid and there was lots of condensation on the windows every morning. The elevator is quite slow, so we always took the stairs down. Good for budget travelers. The staff is helpful, and we bought ferry tickets to Macao through them. We paid 1125 hkd per day for 2 double beds. Split between 4 people, that is 281hkd a day which is about 36usd.
