Causeway Bay is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays.

Worst dining experience ever. As a former employee of a different branch, I was surprised by the lack of professionalism by both the manager and associate manager. We expressed our dissatisfaction with the food and the manager was reluctant to take it back. Later the associate manager came to clear our table, just to leave a few dirty plates unattended. When I asked her nicely to please take away the dirty dishes, she gave me a look. I could not comprehend why the managers were so rude. Food was below average compared to other branches. Pizzas were served ambient. The staff here seemed not to understand basic etiquettes, which is very unfortunate for a restaurant. We spent 460HKD in total for two. Honestly any other restaurant would be better.

Been twice in a week due to sudden pizza craving and I enjoyed both times. The staff were nice / attentive and did come up to say hi to me. And they remembered me. Their Bruno pizza and Chicago pizza are lovely.

As a returning customer who has visited various branches of this restaurant, Pizza Express at Times Square never fails to deliver a consistently high-quality dining experience. It remains one of our go-to spots in Causeway Bay, especially when dining with family. If you have children, this place is a lifesaver. They are incredibly welcoming to families: Entertainment: Each child gets a fun activity sheet filled with games and drawings for coloring, keeping them happily occupied throughout the meal. Piccolo Menu: Their dedicated kids' menu is thoughtfully structured and specially catered to children, offering great value with a main, drink, and dessert. Everything we ordered was up to their usual excellent standard. Dough Balls with Nutella: As always, these were the star of the show. Served fresh, pillowy soft, and wonderfully warm—they pair perfectly with the chocolate dip and are a hit with both kids and adults. O il Sorriso Pizza: A beautiful, thin-crust pizza loaded with fresh basil, creamy mozzarella, juicy cherry tomatoes, and a squeeze of fresh lemon that cuts through the richness perfectly. Lasagna Classica: Rich, comforting, and baked to perfection with a beautiful
