✂️ Craving authentic Neapolitan pizza? Vincenzo Capuano in Wan Chai just delivered one of our favorite meals in Hong Kong! 🇭🇰✨ Ranked 13 in the 2025 Top 50 Artisan Pizza world rankings (and crowned World Champion in 2022!), this iconic Italian chain long-ferment their dough for 36 hours using special Nuvola Super flour. The result? A crust that is impossibly airy, crispy, and pillowy soft—plus, they give you signature golden scissors to snip your slices! ✂️🍕 @vincenzocapuano.hk Here is everything we devoured and loved: 🧀 BURRATA CLASSICA Silky burrata paired with fresh rucola, cherry tomatoes, basil pesto, balsamic paste, and delicate olive oil caviar. The ultimate fresh starter! 🍝 GUANCIALE DI MANZO Handmade fusilli tossed in a rich, 12-hour slow-cooked Wagyu beef cheek ragù infused with red wine. Pure melt-in-your-mouth comfort food. 🍕 RITORNO A NAPOLI A dream pizza topped with fior di latte, ground pepper, savory baked ham, fresh basil, EVOO, and crunchy Neapolitan potato croquettes. That carb-on-carb combination is unbeatable! 🍮 CRÈME BRÛLÉE A luscious custard base topped with a crackly caramelized rapadura crust and fresh berries to round out the feast. If you’re looking

VINCENZO CAPUANO HK REVIEW TRUFFLE FRIES: The truffle fries were ok, not great, not out of this world but just good. PIZZA (provola e pepe): Loved the smokyness of the cheese, but again ok sauce, ok crust but not good, not great, not at all "WORLD CHAMPION" worthy. Was expecting more. If I'm being completely honest the dough felt a little undercooked. Honestly, I've had much much much better pizza in Hong Kong. ESPRESSO MARTINI: ordinary. nothing special, I know they're not known for cocktails but still, pretty average. MID DINNER REVIEW: So far pretty average, i dont know whether or not I'd come back here. Food is average, the drink is average, service is average. Ambiance is a bit average too, feels like a fast food joint. Felt a bit too crowded/too tightly packed in (Even after Rihana did her best to give us a better table). Again was expecting better overall. STAFF: Rihana was amazing, very helpful. even thought she was new at vincenzo capuano hk, she knew everything about the place and definitely helped the experience we had at this place. Satish Joshi was not very helpful. Seemed too snobish. Debby was the one who recommended the Arabiatta and thanks to her I'm able to g

The best pizza I’ve ever had! 🍕❤️ No matter how much I praise this place, it will never be enough. I can honestly say this is one of the most incredible restaurants in Hong Kong. Everything was simply perfect! Thank you so much for everything and for such an unforgettable experience. ❤️

Pizzeria Vincenzo Capuano has one standout strength: the dough. It is easily five-star quality—among the lightest I have ever tried, with excellent flavor and consistently perfect cooking. It is clear that a lot of care and skill go into the base, and it truly elevates the overall experience. However, the toppings are where things fall short. The sausage does not feel authentically Italian, the nduja comes across more like a sauce than the rich, spicy, chunky spread one would expect, and the prosciutto is underwhelming. On the positive side, the tomatoes and cheeses are very good and show strong ingredient quality. Service has improved noticeably. During my first visit shortly after opening, it was quite poor, but on a recent visit it was much better and more organized. One issue that remains is the temperature upstairs, which is uncomfortably cold. Overall, Vincenzo has the potential to be a top-tier pizzeria. If they focus on simpler pizzas with high-quality, well-executed toppings to match their exceptional dough, it could easily become my number one spot. At the moment, it feels like it lacks a bit of finesse despite an outstanding foundation.

Ate here last night. The pizza came hot, which was good, but honestly it wasn’t amazing. I ordered the Parma ham pizza – there was so little ham I could barely find any on top. Also, the crust was way too moist and soft for my taste. The tiramisu was $88 but very so-so. I honestly prefer the M&S one. Might give it another try for a different pizza, but overall a bit disappointed. The staff is friendly and nice!! Very good service❤️
