Many Hong Kong restaurants add a 10% service charge to the bill, and tipping beyond that is optional. Popular places fill up at lunchtime and on weekend evenings, so book by phone, WhatsApp or a platform such as OpenRice; some set a time limit or a minimum spend. Most offer both dine-in and takeaway, and Octopus, credit cards, FPS and PayMe are widely accepted, though smaller places may take cash only. Delivery usually has a minimum order and a delivery area, and takes longer at peak times.

At 4.1 out of 5 on Google (808 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.

Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Wan Chai mixes the office towers around the Convention and Exhibition Centre with old markets and tenement buildings, and nearby restaurants get busy during big trade fairs.

Overall experience was pretty disappointing !! They charge the usual 10% service charge, which is fine and normal in Hong Kong, but they REFUSE to give free tap water or even napkins. I specifically asked for tap water and they said no, the only option is a $48 bottle of water. When I asked why they can charge service charge but not provide basic water, they just replied “it’s the restaurant’s policy.” Even Michelin or hotel restaurants will give you water. For a casual pizza place this felt really off. The waiting system was also a mess. They didn’t hand out paper numbers. Instead they just entered my mobile number on an iPad and said they’d notify me when a table was ready. After waiting about half an hour I went back to check, only to find out they had completely forgotten about me. People who arrived after me were already seated. Had to wait another round. The pizza itself was just okay, taste was fine but nothing special. Overall the dining experience left a bad taste. Definitely won’t be coming back. There are plenty of other pizza places in Hong Kong at similar prices, no need to make a special trip here. One last tip for anyone going: when you pay you have to scan the Q

The food was okay, the flavours were rich, balancing the cheese, tomato and Parma hams pretty well. However, even thoigh the plates were very hot, the food itself were only warm. Especially the pizza, the luke warm which made it very mid. Pasta is cooked al Dante, but really it's average. Service was okay.

Pizza is originated from Napoli, and the boss chef is from Napoli. With “authentic” as the one word to describe it, this Italian restaurant delivers everything—from appetizers and pizza to lemonade and dessert. Each course is delicious. I highly recommend this place! How much they care about quality: Their pizza oven was shipped all the way from Italy and they waited several months for it to arrive to Hong Kong.

Was my first experience at a Michelin star restaurant and it was totally worth it! As a vegetarian, there's quite a few options to choose from, which made it even better. I ordered the Bufala Pizza and it was absolutely perfect! Crust + Sauce + Cheese, all perfectly proportioned! Highly recommended for people contemplating whether to try it out or not, especially fellow vegetarians.

A rather personal take but I fancy pizze from Little Napoli than Fiata—flavours of robust cherry tomatoes and thicker & chewier crust. Luciana is with thinly sliced octopus (which albeit is fresh, but not that dominant in flavour), graced with chilli flakes to lv up the seafood. I personally fancy Norma more—a handsome, generous amount of cheese with a bit of roasted aubergines. There is no meat nor is the tomato base spiced hotly, though this is when you get to savour the sheer sweetness presented by the veg, complemented with a lavish selection of grated cheese. Delicioso!
