My favorite yoga studio ❤️ Have been going for over a year. Teachers are very knowledgeable about every aspect of yoga and not just asana. Giving tailored advices for each student depending on their body type, strength, weakness… The community is nice and welcoming and different events are organized throughout the year 🧘‍♂️☺️

I highly recommend this yoga studio ! The location is very convenient, close to Central MTR station. They use Manduka yoga mats and blocks, I am impressed that they care about these small details. Master Aarya is young but experienced n talented. He is attentive to every student in class and gives options to different levels of flexibility. He blends in yoga philosophy while teaching asanas. Feel gaining a lot even just an hour practice. The members are very happy n friendly. I leave the studio with lighter body n contentment. Yoga lovers should never miss this studio :)

This studio is a gem! Classes are taught by highly experienced and knowledgeable teachers who offer one of a kind and authentic yoga experience. It is also a friendly and welcoming community which encourages a positive learning atmosphere. A rare place to find in Hong Kong!

A nice boutique yoga studio in Hong Kong that offers small class sizes for personalized attention. The teacher are well-qualified and knowledgeable in yoga science. They provides Yoga Teacher Trainings and workshops, yoga philosophy courses for those who enjoy learning
