Отличная студия йоги в очень удобном месте, всего в паре минут ходьбы от метро. Студия чистая и светлая, атмосфера сразу настраивает на практику. Занятия здесь подходят для любого уровня. Преподаватели всегда внимательны и с лёгкостью подберут подходящий вариант — как для новичка, так и для опытного практика. Коллектив учителей большой, и все — настоящие профессионалы своего дела, очень отзывчивые и чуткие. Здесь йога — это не просто физические упражнения, а целостный подход. Мастера делятся философией, объясняют тонкости работы тела и дыхания. После занятия уходишь не только с лёгкостью в теле, но и с новым, более глубоким пониманием практики. Однозначно рекомендую эту студию каждому, кто ищет для занятий йогой по-настоящему поддерживающую и аутентичную среду 👍🏻

My favorite yoga studio ❤️ Have been going for over a year. Teachers are very knowledgeable about every aspect of yoga and not just asana. Giving tailored advices for each student depending on their body type, strength, weakness… The community is nice and welcoming and different events are organized throughout the year 🧘♂️☺️

This studio is a gem! Classes are taught by highly experienced and knowledgeable teachers who offer one of a kind and authentic yoga experience. It is also a friendly and welcoming community which encourages a positive learning atmosphere. A rare place to find in Hong Kong!

A nice boutique yoga studio in Hong Kong that offers small class sizes for personalized attention. The teacher are well-qualified and knowledgeable in yoga science. They provides Yoga Teacher Trainings and workshops, yoga philosophy courses for those who enjoy learning
