Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Wan Chai mixes the office towers around the Convention and Exhibition Centre with old markets and tenement buildings, and nearby restaurants get busy during big trade fairs.

I've been training with Odin at PT101 for over a year. He's experienced and leads by example in how he trains and carries himself. He knows how to push you, and his sessions are challenging but rewarding. I'm definitely seeing real results.

Have joined PT101 for almost 2 years. Odin and Delia are my trainers and both of them are very professional in designing training prpgram (e.g barbell training, compound exercises) that suits my needs. Odin is an expert in weight lifting, whereas Delia is good at rehab and small muscles training. Both approaches compensate each other, so I am privileged to have both trainers.

I been doing exercise here for almost 2yrs. At the beginning not too much expectations, the only thing is the locations which attract me to come as very close to my home. But what motivate most are the trainers here. Both Moon and Nicole plus previous trainers are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They are very friendly, patience and fun to be with. I am a lazy person with zero exercise before. Is the people here and the atmosphere make me feel physically and mentally happy. I wish one day l am just as fit as all the trainers here. Btw l must say is Archer/Marcus/Thomas bring me for the first run which l start running habits now. Thank you all💪🏻

Delia is a great PT for me as she understands my needs and trains me accordingly. Furthermore, stretching session with her is really good and works well to relax my tight muscles.

Randomly saw the SEO promotion of 10 lesson for hk$2,999 in April 2025 and booked a free trial. Of coz it is a tactics to mislead people to visit their centre and said people have to join both of their sport massage + PT programme and the original price is hk$800/lesson 😹 Oh only FIRST 10 lessons for hk$2999 haha (i was too silly not to check the 1 star google review before going…). They should target some middle aged people without much PT experience but I was too eager to kickstart the plan. i bought 15 lessons at the avg price per lesson is hk$466. Booking for sessions is hell hard and PT never suggests their available time. This is unbelievable and not logical not let me finish the package as fast as possible. the training was ok but they keep changing my PT, i had 3 PT for just 15 lessons so you can imagine they can’t keep up your training progress. The attitude of PT is strange. One of them keeps using his phone during the lesson and they won’t motivate you during weighing. Overall it’s a disaster experience. Due to their limited time slot for me, it took me 4 months for 15 lessons completion and obviously, no result for my body building goal.
