Condition of the pure yoga Langham place lounge area has deteriorated after renovation , much smaller , so of course much more crowded and staff also quite rude and thoughtless basically on their phone most of the time and really can’t be bothered and looking annoyed when you ask them questions …especially the Cantonese speaking receptionist(Wing), I guess she might be having a bad day but still … I’m a long term all clubs yoga pilates and gym client seriously rethinking if I’ll continue my membership but other centres and the LH gym downstairs provides much better services at least their receptionists greets you with a smile for now will try my best to avoid the Langham yoga centre …pls be aware prior to joining oh and of course the ladies washrooms LH often is the dirtiest of all didn’t post the actually toilet condition because it’s really gross

Classes are always booked up 2 days in advanced in the morning. The way I got in was always to be on wait list and hope the 10-20 people in front of me cancel. Pure sales are supposed to be better than other gyms but also don't tell you the contract details properly, same with the CS dialed. Went to cancel my contract and no retention efforts or asked why as they don't need to retain customers as they have too many than they can handle already clearly.

1) I go more often to Pure Yoga Langham even though I have signed up for all locations because I live nearby. I love hot yoga and teachers are very professional but every time the classes are too hot. Half way I am not even able to breathe and even focus on poses , get headache the whole day (I am concerned about my internal organs, honestly speaking, my body feels little bit cooked after the classes ), whereas other locations are not the same.Bear in mind that most of the teachers only instruct in Cantonese. 2) Last week I walked in for a class and the receptionist told me that I am at no.1 (waitlist) and the class wasn’t even fully booked before 2 hours I checked online . Usually they will announce who got in or not 2 minutes before the class starts . Waited until the class got started but nothing was announced. So I walked to the reception and asked her if the class is full but she immediately gave me pass , she tried to approach the receptionist next to her before she handed me the pass but the other receptionist was too busy playing her phone. When I rushed to the class and saw 20% of mats were empty. It was very disappointing. Because going to this location many times ove

This is not the first time I file a complaint re Pure Yoga s booking process and system. 1. If I don't get my fingers on a computer at 8am in the morning, I am always put into waiting list. 2. Your classes have very long waiting list, you wouldn't be able to confirm my place until very late. 3. If I get lucky you guys send me an email to notify me but I am not always on email to check this status. I pay to do yoga not to check emails. 4. I try to use your mobile app, but it has software bugs that the classes were cancelled in the app but not in your system. You then count me as no show.

Ladies changing room, reception area & the yoga studios are great after the renovation. This centre at Mongkok is sure to be crowded, have that expectation in mind, let go & enjoy the yoga moments. I really enjoyed the 2 classes on Sunday. Love the color combination of the resting area on the studio floor, not every centre has this space for members.
