Master Kunal is very skilled and experienced. He always gives a clear explanation of the postures and corrections to the students as well. He encourages everyone to try their best and makes the class fun with positive energy. I always feel energized and so happy after his class.

Lovely place and lovely teachers. I attended the advanced hatha yoga class. It was fun and challenging but teacher also gave options to students of different levels. The class pushed me to improve poses but at the same time not over stressful. Highly recommend.

Yoga Light is a nice & cozy studio with showers, also provides tea for students, it’s so relaxing to have one after class. For the instructors, I highly recommend Master Kunal. He is excellent, he always gives clear and detailed instructions and demonstrations, students not only copying the “shape” of the posture, also know what the pose is for, and know how to get in and come out the pose safely, avoid the possibility of getting hurt, it is very very important! Kunal always take good care of every student, no matter you are a beginner or advance student, he gives different alternative to suit your body. Really worth to come

After years re-join group class practice. First step into Yoga light this good hygiene cozy place gave me a peacful feeling. Varieties of different class types offer the students a comprehensive practicing; fulfil the students' different desire in learning. Take care everyone not only physically but mentally also, increase feeling of well being. People there are nice. Both Master K and teacher are caring, experienced and professional; staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy my practice there. Namaste

The place is cozy and hygiene. There are changing rooms and shower rooms provided. Masters and staff are nice. You can have a relaxing lesson there. Also there are a variety types of lessons for beginners or more advanced level students. I personally and highly recommend this yoga center. Namaste
