My "new" replacement unit for my faulty origimal came to me very dirty.... Is my replacement even new?? This is ridiculous. Samsung's online customer service told me to take this up with the service center...utterly shocking customer service.

Had an excellent experience here for a trade in from old to new phone. Made an appointment online prior to visiting, and the staff and overall vibe of the service center is a positive and helpful one, with a beautiful high rise view of the city with a lot of natural light. Staff Lockin was curtuous and professional, and the assessment of the old phone value was much better handled vs my previous experience going to Samsung experience centers in shopping malls, which have hit and miss customer service. No issue here at all, trade in value was fair based on old phone condition, and I was helped to install the protector screen to the new phone. Overall, very satisfied and this is will my go to place now for Samsung in person customer service. Thank you Lockin, you have been very helpful in the full process, much appreciated

Bad experiences from them for green line appearing on screen, after 3 years usage of S21FE, I joined the samsung phone green line group in FB. whenever samsung users shared the bad green line experiences, someone will show up and said it cost $440 only to replace the screen for Samsung S series for last few years model, which is much better than other brand whicj cost. You have not much choice, even apple using samsung OLED screen. They also have green line issue. Now only $440 to replace. So nice from Samsung. For details, pleaese take a look at Samsung green line screen group in FB. So i went to Samsung Langham center with online appointments in advance, a experienced CS staff served me. After checking for awhile, he took my phone to other room for cFu , mean repair engineer to check. After short period of time, this experiences CS staff came to me and said that Cfu commented this phone had a scar, which should drop before. It can't be replaced the screen only, the case have to replace. So the cost is $1100. What ? It is not $440? I said i just need to replace the screen, no need the case replace. CS staff smile at me and said "or you can replaced by our Special offer of Late

Samsung's customer service is utterly incompetent. Every time I need to go to a Samsung customer service center, I need to wait quite a long time (which begs the question why Samsung doesn't hire more staff). When I went to pick up a purchase I had delivered to this customer service center, I had to print a ticket with the type of service I needed. I chose "collection", which seemed appropriate considering there was no description of each of the options. I waited several minutes, and when I was called I was told I had chosen the wrong option and had to get another ticket and go back to the end of the line. I asked the staff if she could just give me my product and she said that was not possible. When I asked why, considering I had already waited, she said that was not possible because another staff would help me. How does that even answer my question? I waited several minutes, then asked a staff if there was anyone helping customers who needed to pick up a purchase, and he just told me to wait. I complained that I had already waited quite a long time for quite a simple ask, and he got angry and told me to again to wait. Seriously?! They waste my time and get angry on top of that?!

The view of the customer service centre is wonderful. Excellent place to take photo of Kowloon Peninsular. Anyway, it is better to booked online or get ticket online at Samsung website to save time. I think they have cut 1/3 of the service desks comparing to last year.
