Had a little accident at Sephora today (typing this one-handed 😅). Big thanks to Sarina and the team. I broke a tester and cut myself pretty badly, but they were so quick to help. They grabbed all kinds of bandages, ran back and forth to get more supplies, and kept checking on me the whole time. Really appreciate how kind and caring everyone was. Thank you again!

Visited the Sephora K11 TST store on 23 Jan 2026 and had a very uncomfortable experience. Shortly after entering, a sales associate began following me closely throughout the store, which made me feel uneasy and singled out. I was simply browsing and did not require assistance. I declined help politely, yet the associate continued to trail me while other customers were left alone. I even moved around the store to confirm this, and it was clear I was being monitored. As a South Asian woman of color, this felt degrading and unnecessary. The following only stopped when I reached the cashier, and I later returned to the aisles just to browse peacefully. This experience was disappointing and not what I expect from a brand that promotes inclusivity.

Vast ranges of brands and products. Though majority of the staffs were reluctant to help and looks tired and grumpy most of the time. Staffs at the cashier (who was a male) was nice though.
