The sales lady conned me. I was buying some perfumes and had 3 in the basket already with other items. I was looking for the Paris Hilton Love Rush, but I saw they didn’t have any stock. The saleslady then showed me the platinum rush boxed perfume INSISTING that it was the Love Rush (colored white). I even held the white perfume up to make sure we were on the same page and she even laughed because she was sure it was the same. Because I really wanted the perfume, I bought it. The next day, I opened it back at the hotel and saw that it was the Platinum Rush, I returned it that afternoon. The saleslady said that it’s not possible for return or exchange since I opened the box already. But all I did was slice open the tape they used to open the box. I never sprayed it. Luckily I asked my friend to get an exchange and they gave it. Props also to Sasa for attending to my concern online.

I saw that the Dr. Jart face masks were on sale online so I went to the store to check if they had the same deal. The lady working there was so rude when I asked about the masks I just put them down and left. I went to Lung Fung where the masks are cheaper! Don’t waste your money here

The general staff is quiet nice and helpful to the customer. However, the manager from the back are mean and useless. She made mistake by placing wrong price tag on the shelf. When I took the item to the casher, she made two different lies to cover up her mistake and refuse to sale the item to me. Don't go to this store!
