The sales staff were attentive and polite, patiently introducing me to suitable cosmetics and teaching me some makeup techniques.

Never really helpful staff here. The store is big- long and narrow so it can be quite hard to find what you need. I would ask the staff where the section for x is (near the door) and they would just point down the long walkway. I would prefer you didn’t even try and just said I don’t know. It is however always neatly organised. Just don’t expect service and needing to barely squeeze past handfuls of people get to what you need and then back out

Sass always gives a good deal. But more than that, the staff at this branch was very helpful to me today. For some very strange reason, the connection server for the credit card machine was down earlier today and I purchased about HKD 500 and I did not carry enough cash. All three staffs at the cashier went above and beyond to forgive out the problem, changed the register, reset the machine and etc so that I could finally pay with my credit card.

Having been into several Sasas in the past, I was disappointed in this particular shop as my friend was looking for brush on face colour / powder and there were few staff willing to assist, many items weren't priced so needed to wait ages for someone to find prices and much of what was displayed was out of stock. Back to where I started, disappointed.
