Had an incredible meal today featuring some classic Sichuan favorites. The Boiled Fish with Pickled Cabbage offered a beautiful balance of acidity and spice, cutting through the richness of the meal perfectly. The Stir-fried Cauliflower with Crispy Pork Belly was savory and well-seasoned, but the Crispy Chicken with Dried Chilies stole my heart—it’s that perfect 'numbing' sensation (Mala) that keeps you coming back for more. Please take the reviews with a grain of salt when reading them because there is currently a promotion where if you give a 5 star review you get a free drink of choice. In my experience the food was quite salty (MSG) and not the best quality for the price. I would say that there are so many other delicious restaurants that offer this style of cuisine for better quality and pricing. The bathrooms here are also not clean.
