Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Rice is tasty but the ingredients is disappointing. If the 师父肯用料will be another star. Wife ordered chicken claypot but chicken mainly bones. Veg lacking the leaves which we suspected to be chopped for other food. Competition is stiff around Tsim Sha Tsui, stay competitive, something has to give way remain in biz. But it can also drive away customers.

Ordered their hot plate chicken and it was so tasty! Large amount of chicken and not too spicy for a great price. The lady working there was also very friendly and kind. Wanted to try the clay pot rice but unfortunately they were of stock at night!

**Sour Pickled Fish with Tofu – $198** Opting for the “mild spicy” version of this classic dish turned out to be a perfect choice for spice-loving Hongkongers. The heat level was just right—warm enough to awaken the palate without overwhelming it. The aroma of the pickled mustard greens was deeply fragrant, adding a refreshing tang that balanced the richness of the broth. Diners can choose between fish slices or sea bass, with staff recommending the latter for a smoother texture. We went with the fish slices, and they were impressively tender—almost melt-in-your-mouth—and remarkably bone-free, with only one small bone found throughout the meal. The broth was generously filled with crunchy bean sprouts and soft potato slices. As a hotpot base, this soup was light and clean, never oily or heavy, making it ideal for extended dining without the greasiness typical of similar dishes. **Duck Blood – $18** No spicy meal is truly complete without duck blood. Generously portioned with chunky cuts, this side dish offered excellent value. Each plate came with seven to eight pieces, providing that slick, slightly metallic richness that pairs perfectly with bold flavors. **Crispy Fried Pork –

So I tried this place while looking for a place that has spicy food and this restaurant serves a bit of Szechuan food as well as soybean milk. The food is quite spicy but not hot enough to burn a hole in your stomach. I had this fish noodle which was delicious as well as spare rib rice. Also tried the crispy pancake and some fried pork and everything was delicious.
