When choosing a café or dessert shop, look at whether prices are shown, whether plant milks or less-sweet options are available, and whether there is a time limit on seats. Many open seven days a week, but some small shops take a weekly day off; for cakes or large orders of pastries, calling ahead is the safest bet. Sweetness and ice levels can usually be chosen, and some shops give a discount if you bring your own cup.

Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Wan Chai mixes the office towers around the Convention and Exhibition Centre with old markets and tenement buildings, and nearby restaurants get busy during big trade fairs.

Best Milktea in HK! The staff Terry is very nice. The packaging of the drinks is very elegant and the store design is very stylish. The milktea is yummy and thank you again Terry for the wonderful service.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! If you want to pay a ridiculous price for an awful drink and terrible customer service, feel free to visit this place. First, the staff member with glasses was chatting happily with her friend, and I had to wait for them to finish. When I asked a question about the drink, she looked at her friend and laughed, as if I had asked something stupid. It was rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Second, the drink was just awful. I paid $42 expecting decent quality, but instead got an overly sweet mess full of syrup, yet at the same time, the tea tasted interestingly bitter. It tasted nothing like authentic Hong Kong-style milk tea. The pearls were far too soft, more like tofu, probably overcooked. This place seriously needs to retrain its staff and improve its management. Actually I’m starting to wonder if they ever received proper training in the first place.

Very slow service and production, staffs hanging around and chatting. Milk products not store properly, no one takes care of the things need to fridge. The fruit tea is too sweet, even less sugar (70% sugar) is very sweet.

Super nice bubble tea and great range and variety to keep the kids happy too. There is very little seating inside and the service is a little slow but nothing horrible. Dogs are allowed to enter and they even have a seating area for them so a nice place to relax with your loved canine. Situated in Lee Ting Ave it’s a great place for a quick break after a heavy meal nearby. Packaging has been recently changed to deliver more sustainable solutions for the betterment of the environment. Parking can be found downstairs and keep your receipts to claim free parking from Lee Tung. Silk has many flavours to select from as well as a few little snacks, but nothing substantial to eat.

I tried their smooth king and it was one of the best bubble tea I ever tried. Highly highly recommend if you are a bubble tea lover. They have little space where you can sit and chit chat with ur friends too. Overall a great experience.
