I love the space and the convenient location - all the facilities are great such as the desks, booths, printing area etc. One thing I really don't like however (and hence only 3 stars), is the service attitude of the staff especially the people at the reception. It's not terrible, but they rarely smile and are not very helpful, providing the bare minimal services. As a coworking space service staff, one should really at least smile. Highly suggest to the management to properly train your staff, especially in such a competitive market as coworking office.

Comment for Spaces – Sun House (Sheung Wan, Hong Kong) I used the phone booth at the Spaces Sun House office and found it extremely hot inside, with almost no ventilation. I realized that there was no air-conditioning or air supply to the booth and I was suggested to leave the door open for air — which defeats the purpose of having a private booth. I can also clearly hear the conversation next door (also in a phone booth), which I think they cannot literally call it a phone booth, since it does not have that purpose. It would be great if Spaces could look into improving the air circulation for users’ comfort and safety. Before the Fire Services Department and Buildings Department signed off on this building, the ventilation requirements should have been properly checked to ensure compliance with safety and health standards. Overall, the environment was uncomfortable and annoying, which probably may impact productivity.

This center occupies the whole building, along with its cozy design and lots of common areas, it helps gathered tenants of different industries and build up their network. Not to mention the on site barista made wonderful coffees!

Beware if u are a former tenant moving out. They will straight up treat u like dirt. Moving during office hours is not allowed. However, moving after office hours, our access cards were disabled and the security refused us entry to move our belongings. When calling their stupid staff they hung up on us. Yet they never apologized or said a word after that, and our security deposit took over 2 months to be refunded with various non-sensical excuses. Outright scumbags. If I could give negative 10 stars I definitely would. I very very rarely give any bad reviews but these guys pretty much rank so much up the top that this scathing review had to be made. To any current tenants looking to move out soon, I wish you the very best of luck dealing with them.
