The condition of this place is unacceptable. It's dirty and poorly maintained. The patio is in disrepair with broken floorboards, and there's a decomposing bird outside that has been ignored for weeks. The staff, when you can actually find them, show no concern. The fridge is unsanitary, and overall, the environment is unclean. Half of the toilets are out of order, and the ones that work are in terrible shape. The small phone booth meeting rooms have poor signal and lack privacy, and the internet connection is awful. There is nothing good to say about this place! I highly recommend avoiding this location!

Missing my important letter twice , which were my BR annual fee and my tax statement , which led to a big penalty! Worst of all, I sent a complain email to the CS yet got no reply. Anyone who is looking for a virtual office , please find another one!
