Bread was not fresh, veggies were running out, sauce was greasy. They charged 1$ extra compared to other outlets but food was pathetic

Staff "Grace" tried to scam us for $15 more bucks when i ordered the chilly chicken sandwich with $5 add on vegetable soup, but instead, it told us to pay for $20 because we said we would pay cash.

I've visited many Subways in Hong Kong, and while some are nicer than others, the Mong Kok location stands out for its friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The employees are polite and respectful, and they prioritize hygiene. Unlike some other locations where staff don’t wear masks, here, everyone is diligent about health and safety
