All the washing machines are working but 1 dryer is out of service so it’s a wait for drying. Self serve payment lags a little bit but your payment usually goes through without issue.

It's pretty good so long as the machines are working. hk$38 for a washer including soap and hk$58 for the drier. Unfortunately the guard barks orders at customers in a most unpleasant way and makes the whole experience rather miserable.

Needed to do laundry before leaving HK and this locations machines were easy to operate. You can buy a tourist octopus card at the 7-11 next door and load it up. Washers are on the smaller side, but dryers are large. Soap and fabric softener is built in. Select machine on touch screen, pay, then hit start on physical machine.

Was a bit skeptical about the reviews of this place but went there anyways since it’s close to our hotel. Washing: The washer is an industrial grade machine. It worked great for us and the fact that you can pay with the octopus card is very convenient. We didn’t use the dryer because we didn’t want to risk shrinkage on our clothes. You can’t adjust the settings so it’s very basic: throw in your laundry, pay and wash. The whole process is very fast and takes 26min. The washer can take 10 lbs of clothes so it’s huge! Be mindful that the detergent also includes softener. Price: Washing costs 35 HKD Drying costs 45 HKD The interior: It was decent and clean, only a few socks laying around but they seemed to been clean and dry, just forgotten by whoever did their laundry. There are only two seats. When we did the laundry we just walked to the dessert place around the corner and got some nice Tong Sui (recommend it to everyone who hasn’t tried this!) Washing result: Even though the washing is basic, the results are very nice! The detergent has a nice but subtle scent. We just hung our wet clothes in the hotel room because we prefer air drying. No shrinkage what so ever. Heads up:

I actually want to put 4 stars, however, dirts and trash around the area made 3 stars only, washer and dryer did the jobs I expected, payment on credit card or octopus is so convenient rather than coins, 26 mins for washer did my laundry pretty clean and 40 mins dryer made my clothes dry enough. As I. Normally use any public laundry I would wipe the washer and dryer before use but unfortunate no trash bin inside the area, people left the socks in the baskets, dirts and lots of dusts around the floor. Except those, the machine did the jobs you expected,
