Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

I had a craving for Thai food and this place caught my attention because they offer Thai beef noodle soup. The menu is quite interesting and customizable. You can choose your preferred soup base, whether it’s the classic Thai boat noodle broth, tom yum or another option. From there you can select your protein, such as beef, duck and many more, as well as your choice of noodles. I thought it was a great concept, and there were plenty of other dishes on the menu as well. Since I was only stopping by for lunch, I kept it simple and ordered a bowl of noodle soup. The service was good and the food arrived quickly. The soup was flavourful and the portion size was generous enough for a satisfying meal. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and would rate it as a good option if you’re looking for Thai boat noodle soup in the area.

It’s not bad! Decent portion size and toppings. Taste is good. Shame about the price, for TST it’s about right but not great. Shame the afternoon tea sets only apply to weekdays!

Below average boat noodles. The soup base is not as rich as other boat noodles I’ve had, it’s heavy on the soybean paste but missing the umami of blood. The single radish was cooked in plain water, no flavour whatsoever. Fish balls were also bland. Noodles were slightly overcooked. The sliced pork was good, and the pork rind is fresh and crispy. Good central location.

I ordered the A5 Wagyu Boat noodles (egg noodles) and chicken feet, i thought it would be really full of flavour but kind of disappointed ☹️ the noodles were still not cooked properly… just 1 min more. The soup was probably lacking of that wow factor ,but not bad at all just the noodles could be more cooked . But…the chicken feet salad is bombastic loveeed it so much , right seasoning and perfect spicy with the zesty flavour from leek ! Thai milk tea is also good not sweet too sweet ! Total Money spent = $304 ( the boat noodles are expensive 😅$198)
