Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

I was supposed to eat elsewhere but they didn't have any table available... Nara Thai Cuisine was nearby so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant itself is very chic and cozy. The staff was really nice and helpful too. Food was excellent! I really liked the curry scrambled eggs with shrimps. It was one of the best dish I've ever tasted to be honest. The only downside was that service was quite slow and the QR code menu isn't really convenient when for foreigners.

A great spot for gatherings! This Michelin-recommended in Thailand, expanded their location to HK Harbour City, which ticked all the boxes of: shareable dishes, comfortable seating, and Instagrammable appeal, all while catering to everyone's tastes. The dishes I ordered were generously portioned and full of flavour, from the surprisingly tender grilled beef salad to the aromatic curry crab and the impressive big plate of flavourful pork ribs. The steamed fish is kept at warmth served on fire, and classic Thai desserts like mango sticky rice and a Thai sweets platter were delightful.

A very nice Thai fusion restaurant with the beautiful sea view of Hong Kong. We tried this restaurant for my mum's birthday so we only tried more traditional Thai food. The coconut chicken soup was absolutely fabulous. Although the portion is not large, it tasted really nice and recommended to try. The starter rice rolls are large in size which surprised us. The sauce that came with the rice roll and prawn cakes is really nice, feels original to this resturant and have a sense of mango. We also ordered deserts which the size is a bit larger then we thought but doesn't taste special compare to the main course.

A nice view restaurant with high quality food. Off course, the price reflects that. As a host, I invite my friend to this restaurant as we can enjoy a seaside view from dawn to night time. There is a basket of shrimp crisps for each table, how lovely! Need to aware weekday dinner time limit is 90 minutes. If nobody waiting, can seat along. For seafood and veggie lovers, we recommends the dishes "Large Shrimps salad with grapefruits" and |Deep fried Soft Shell Crab Rice Paper Rolls". The salad is a great appetizer with sweet sauce whilst the soft shell crab gives you a very crunchy texture. Besides, we ordered two desserts - Banana crepes and Black sesame ice-cream waffle. The crepes are welly pan-fried and filled with banana puree. This is not as sweet as I thought. I love this dessert! The ice-cream is lesser sweet with a very sugar-like waffle. The nuts aside is caramelized. Can have a try. Nice dinner.

Ever since the reopening of the dinner session in HK, we have been looking for a great Thai restaurant to try to celebrate. We went to Nara to celebrate the reopening of the dinner session. The restaurant's nice décor and atmosphere were great. We sat next to the window where we got to enjoy the view of the harbour. We were first served with authentic Thai Prawn crackers which tasted fantastic. We ordered Steamed Grey Mullet with Plum & Minced Pork Soup in Stove Tray, stir-fried Baby Cabbage with Garlic and Phad Thai with Prawns. The Grey Mullet tasted very good with the minced pork soup and the Phad Thai was really authentic, almost the same quality as the one from Thailand. If you happen to be in the area and wanted some great Thai food, you should definitely try this restaurant out. Definitely won’t break your wallet even if located in one of the landmarks!
