About The ONE
The ONE, a shopping mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong, is at 九龍尖沙咀彌敦道100號. Before heading over it is worth checking the hours, phone number and Google rating below, so the trip is not wasted.
It pays to compare prices before you buy and to check that the price shown includes everything. Octopus, credit cards, FPS and e-wallets work in most shops, though small ones may be cash only or set a minimum for cards; weekend and public-holiday afternoons are busiest, so weekday daytime is better for a relaxed browse. Mall websites and signs show car parks, toilets and information counters, and some offer parking discounts for shoppers.
Google lists the opening hours as daily, 10:00–23:00. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 3106 3640. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. More information is on its website, the-one.hk.
At 3.9 out of 5 on Google (8,453 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.
Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

Late June 2026 Trendy and youthful style mall at the TST area. During our visit there were a couple of floors that weren't open however. A large Eslite store transferred there that was originally at the Star House near the HK Ferry. Sales were starting to pick up for the upcoming months. Lots of clothing and lifestyle stores. The AEON supermarket at the basement is also an interesting find given its not so common brand in the area however it is very tightly packed but is pretty much reflective of the bustle of TST. The location overlooks a nice view of the busy streets and the urban landscape of Kowloon. It offers a good spot for breaks and relatively relaxing meals. WIFI access available

It used to be a nice mall but now it's a bit run-down.

For me, the shopping mall felt a bit smaller than usual, but the air conditioning was so cool — I really liked it, especially on such a hot day. This mall saved my life!

The ONE is a shopping mall that goes up around eight levels. It has a supermarket at the lower ground level. What sets this apart from other malls is that it's a lifestyle mall that primarily caters to younger people with most of the boutiques and shops inside selling fashionable street wear. There are several restaurants and cafes at the top most level. Eslite the bookstore will open here in May

If you are walking “The One”, just don’t expect it to be a easy walk like most North American shopping center. It has everything you want from shopping to dining , but each floor is very narrow and tight. The cool thing is, it does have 20 odd floors. Good to explore around if you are in the TST area.
