Tokachi Milky is listed under desserts, Tong Sui & ice cream in Central, Central and Western. The address is G/F, 17 Aberdeen St, Central, Hong Kong Island. Below you will find what people usually look up before a visit: the exact location, contact details, opening hours and the Google rating.
Cafés, bakeries, dessert and drinks shops are often mainly takeaway with a few seats, and weekend afternoons are the busiest. Many accept Octopus, credit cards and e-wallets, and some run loyalty schemes or pre-orders; birthday cakes and festive boxes (mooncakes at Mid-Autumn, for example) usually need ordering in advance, a few days ahead on popular dates. Dessert shops are liveliest in the evening and some stay open late; ask for insulated packing for frozen takeaways.
Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Thu 11:00–21:00, Fri–Sat 11:00–22:00, Sun 11:00–21:00. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. There is no phone number yet; if the business has a website or social media page, try there, or use the Google Maps link on this page for the latest details.
At 4.1 out of 5 on Google (145 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.
Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Central is Hong Kong's financial and business heart; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links the streets up the hill, Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo come alive at night, and the Central piers serve the Outlying Islands.

Their original puff was great, the outside was crunchy with delicious cream inside - 8/10 Their Tiramisu puff was not for me, the coffee layer inside the puff was too intense - 4/10 Their tiramisu parfait was pretty decent with a nice crunchy layer, although the coffee layer at the bottom was too dense for my taste - 6/10

It was another spot we found from vlogs. It was a small ice cream shop where you can grab a quick dessert. I ordered a Chocolate Pistachio Parfait. We thought there was a second floor for the seating, but it was closed off. You can watch how they prepare the parfait with the glass walls. We were really tired from walking, so we sat down at the elevated floor under the green LED screen in the photo. We made sure we weren’t blocking anyone since the counter was on the other side. The ice cream cup was packed! It was creamy and not too sweet (typical Asian dessert compliment). I can only taste a bit of the pistachio though. I didn’t get to finish it since I was still full from our lunch. It was nice, but it wasn’t worth it. Date: August 27, 2025

been on my want to go list for quite a while now and today ive decided to try this cream puff - dessert place was intrigued because they (used to) sell the pistachio flavor i believe. guess its seasonal. and now they have the black sesame + apple cinnamon (both seasonal). so i tried the black sesame mochi puff $42 just okay. nothing special. yes its good but not as special as you would expect i guess..? cream was soft, airy, not too sweet so its good for non super sweet dessert lovers. you can taste the black sesame too. however, not as strong as a glutinous rice balls black sesame (literally) puff itself (skin) was super crunchy, quite good. the balance between the crunchiness and the soft fillings are balanced that wont make it messy when you bite them overall? 6.5/10 would i buy this again? probably no.. unless they have a very unique flavor. but i would like to try their ice cream one day

This is one of the best places I visited during my Hong Kong trip. I saw it on IG they had a pistachio item only to realize it was a limited item and they don't do it anymore. Nevertheless, there are also quite a number of items to choose from. I think almost everyone comes here for the original cone so of course I had to order it as well. I was eyeing for the matcha puff and I asked the staff if there was anything to recommend and he recommended the same! The shop seems to be just a takeaway place. I saw stairs but not sure it was leading to seats upstairs, so when I got the puff and the cone, I just hung around the counter area to savour the ice cream. Quite like the thickness and the richness of the milk flavour. Truly brought out the taste of the Hokkaido milk and to me I felt the price of the ice cream was pretty worth it although it seems a little on the high side. Brought the matcha puff back to hotel and had it 2 hours later. Though I should have placed it in the fridge which I forgot, it still tasted not bad and the cream inside was still cool. I also enjoyed the richness of the matcha and the cream was smooth and the matcha taste was thick enough for a good kick to keep m
