Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays.

The receptionist missed all opportunities to show proper manners or courtesy to patients .She has refused to let me be seen by doctors 3 consecutive times citing its “too late” and “is full” , which are variables that follow no specific pre determined number, but her mood swings. I arrived at 4pm, 5pm, 5;45 pm and she rejected my requests during all those . Once she decided to have a second opinion and called in what seems to be an even more evil and rude nurse that didn’t spare aggressive words and behaviour. I can always find another clinic but the staff here should consider dealing with anger management and xenophobia as I didn’t see Chinese looking people being humiliated like I was.

Wonderful service for the second time this year. The doctor is very kind. Nurses are fast and professional. They speak English well. I came in with my insurance from the company and I had bronchitis and Influenza. They can dispense good quality medicine and will give you a sick leave if you ask a reasonable number of days.

The nurses had a terrible attitude. They spoke so quietly that I couldn't hear what they were saying at all. When I asked them again, their expressions darkened, and became very unfriendly. I don't understand what I did wrong. After completing the necessary check-ups, no one paid any attention to me, and I had no idea what to do next. So I approached them to ask, but they impatiently told me to wait and that my name would be called shortly. I really can't understand what I did to deserve such poor service attitude!

The clinic claims to be open until 1 PM, but when I visited at 12:30 yesterday and 12:00 today, I was told after waiting that their cut-off time is actually 11 AM, after I questioned them. Poor communication and misleading hours. On top of that, the nurse had a bad attitude. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Very very slow and poor service! Me and my wife been waiting for more than an hour just for a check up. And when asked the front desk, they're not even attentive... very sad experience...
