VetiVa Center for Animal Wellness

Patient Centered Care Your pet deserves the best

At VetiVa, we understand that your pet is more than just an animal – they are a cherished member of your family. Our logo symbolizes this dedication: the "V" stands for "Veterinarian" and the stethoscope below represents our commitment to veterinary care.

VetiVa Center for Animal Wellness, a vet in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong, is at 19/F & 20/F, K11 ATELIER, 18號 Salisbury Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. Before heading over it is worth checking the hours, phone number and Google rating below, so the trip is not wasted. It is upstairs in a building, entered through the lobby rather than from the street, so check the building name, floor and unit before you go and allow a few minutes for the lift.

Vets in Hong Kong must be registered with the Veterinary Surgeons Board. Book ahead where you can and bring vaccination and previous medical records; prices for surgery and tests vary a lot, so ask for a quote. Some animal hospitals offer 24-hour emergency care but not all do, so note the nearest one in advance.

Google shows it as open around the clock; any changes on public holidays or in severe weather are announced by the business itself. You can call 2592 1000; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. More information is on its website, vetiva.org.

It has a Google rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 107 reviews, a strong score that points to consistently positive experiences.

Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

Our BB suddenly had a severe asthma attack in the middle of the night. After contacting several veterinary clinics across Hong Kong, we were highly recommended to this hospital. We are incredibly grateful for their meticulous and dedicated care. Although our BB left us shortly after, we feel truly blessed to have received such professional and compassionate support during those difficult moments.

A special and massive thank you to Dr. Joshua🙏🏻 His internal medicine expertise is truly exceptional!!!Dr. Joshua's precise medication management and his brilliant strategy were the absolute keys to safely restarting my boy’s digestive system. I am also deeply grateful to all the other amazing doctors (dr manfai, dr Roy, etc) at Vetiva who closely monitored him day and night, ensuring he was stable and receiving the best possible care throughout his stay. I also want to dedicate the highest praise to the nursing team🤍 My boy Siu Ming was quite a grumpy and difficult patient, but the nurses showed him nothing but endless patience and tender loving care 24/7🥹Thank you for putting up with his bad temper! Also, a big shoutout to the front desk/supporting staff for always being so kind and empathetic. I highly recommend Vetiva to any pet parent facing a medical crisis. Their entire team is truly world class🥹

Vetiva is the best hospital for providing 24/7 A&E service with doctor’s professional and support. Although my pets’s doctor was taking leave, the team provided the best communication between staffs and they suggested the best medical care to my pets!! So lucky they can recover with small problems!! Very thankful for their all areas of support including 100% patient and emotional support to pet parents!!

Big thanks to Vetiva, and especially to Dr. Kenny and his team, for their amazing work on our boy. Our family dog, Paofu (Puff), had a serious complication in his right hind leg that caused him to walk with a limp. I believe the condition is called lateral patella luxation, Grade 4/4. Dr. Kenny provided us with highly detailed diagnoses, scans, and documents, including third-party verification. His explanation of the situation was truly candid. He made it clear that if nothing was done, Paofu's condition would only worsen. However, even with surgery, his leg would never regain full function like the other—but at least he would be able to walk on all fours and run again. Dr. Kenny also took the time to explain the complexity of the surgery, the risks involved, the cost, and the grueling three-month recovery ahead. After careful consideration, we decided that surgery was the best option for Paofu. We wholeheartedly applaud Dr. Kenny and his team for the successful surgery. We are equally grateful that throughout those long, demanding three months—both physically and financially—Dr. Kenny and his team regularly checked in on Paofu and were available 24/7 to answer any concerns we had.

Never thought it was worth leaving a heartfelt review on Google for any vet—until I came to VetiVa. And only leaving this review after receiving consistent follow up and care from VetiVa for half year already since our first consultation in Sep 2025. 🐕🤎🐕 VetiVa is such a lovely place for both pawrents and their fur babies. The space is thoughtfully designed, and every team—from Customer Service and Reception to the Nurses and Doctors—has been consistently caring, patient, attentive, and compassionate. They don’t give empty talk or try to be overly positive; instead they offer grounded, professional advice that truly helps my precious little one.🙏🏻 After trying so many vet clinics, this is the only one I truly trust. They make me feel I’m not alone when my fur baby isn’t feeling well. It’s a genuinely caring experience—one I’ve always hoped to find in Hong Kong. I also believe a good vet visit is a team effort—it really helps when we pawrents share as many details as possible so the doctors can understand and care for our little ones better. Special thanks to Dr. Josh and Dr. Kenny for always taking such great care for our precious Scoobi. Highly recommend to anyone looking for
