Very disappointed! The nurse was unprofessional, unfriendly and showed little patience or care towards my pet. The vet also not very helpful and provided very little guidance. Others should think twice before visiting this clinic.

At the beginning of April, I took my rabbit to be spayed/neutered, but the vet discovered that its teeth were too long and needed surgery to correct them, otherwise it would affect its health. So, that day, I had both the spaying/neutering and dental issues addressed. Thankfully, the vet noticed the overgrown teeth problem back then. The dental surgery was successful, the spaying/neutering surgery was also successful, and my rabbit recovered quickly and is now very healthy. The vet and nurses were very loving and patient, taking excellent care of my rabbit. They carefully observed and examined its condition, which allowed them to treat its illnesses effectively, ensuring my rabbit's good health.

VMA saved my cat's life. We brought in our cat for emergency treatment after he swallowed a foreign object. Dr.Bester performed a extremely complicated surgery to cut him open and remove the object, handled with extreme care, expertise and urgency. My cat survived and lived thanks to Dr. Bester and the rest of nurse and staff's intensive care for 3 nights. Everyone at VMA are professional and caring, and they treated my cat as their own pet. VMA was also the only clinic accepted to see us when other clinics in the neighborhood were all fully booked. And they handled the case with urgency. Their pricing was also fair. Thank you VMA for giving my cat a second life!

A vet with a big heart! I am so impressed by the clinic’s professionalism and the care they showed my dog during his recent neuter and full BOAS surgery. Dr. Bester has exceptional skills and experience. Unlike many other veterinary clinics in Hong Kong, they are not driven by profit—they genuinely care about animals.
