Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays.

The location is perfect! Close to MTR station and easily accessible by bus. The centre is cozy and energetic. Training equipments are professional and hygienic. Highly experienced and passionate coaches encourage us for sustainable training. I enjoyed the time for group class with friends. Our regular Friday hotpot night changed into Muay Thai night, we all enjoy the cheerful and effective training.

Moo is a seriously good instructor and fighter. I’ve brought my partner to learn Muay Thai for the first time and he did amazing at teaching her, and I still learn from every class even after fighting for a few years. Highly recommend this Muay Thai gym for the small class training and friendly + technically strong instructor.
