One of the best service I ever had! The lady was patient and hard trying to give me the best discount for 18 pro. I will stick with Smartone for life!

Not sure why this shop exists if they can’t deal in renewing fiber contracts or adding additional services. The other Smartone shop I had gone previously in TST was much more helpful. My second visit to this shop as the first time the person refused to even answer any queries without a physical id card.

worst smartone shop i have been to. the customer service guy was making it clear that he doesn't want to do business. gave me a pass on the iPhone, when asked about zfold 7 he sad he has stock, when I came back a few hours later he said, need to check if he has stock before starting to talk, so he was clearly misleading during the first meeting. when asked to help to check which store has stock he said he can't help, although staff in other shops helped me before. I wonder how this branch survives with that level of service. I then went to causeway bay and had the opposite experience, very happy to help, supportive and I could get the new contract and phone. so the staff at this wan chai branch needs a better training or b replaced.
