Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

Nice Hongkong food located in Mongkok. Kind service and delicious food even at late hours.

Super delicious food, very local restaurant, with English menu, too - you can also ask for a recommendation, they speak English as well.

What a great treasure to find this tiny little place at 11pm after a long journey! The food was outstanding. Everyone was incredibly helpful as we struggled to adjust to cantonese...this seems like a "known to the locals" kind of place - we shared a table with a lovely man who even shared his food. Excellent excellent food. Not at all fancy. Highly recommend!

I grew up eating 車仔麵, true local food. Great for a late night "snack" because it can definitely fill you up with noodles soup like 車仔麵. Even the cheapest one comes with three choices of ingredients with generous portions and a big bowl of noodles 🍜

This is a very affordable place for a side-walk/Cafe style setting but with a comprehensive menu from noodles to BBQ/Grill feast. It is hidden in the quiet western MK and good for a quiet outing with good friends. The service is good and fast. I had beef tongue screw, grilled prawns, soup dumplings, grilled cabbage, chives, grilled mushrooms, all very good. Slight disappointment is only small can Blue Girl served. The waiter has limited English and the menu is all Chinese. So knowing some Cantonese will help. Too bad their hours are 19:00-03:00 and I would otherwise visit more during the day,
