About 無限拉麵
無限拉麵, a noodle and congee shop in Wan Chai, is at 香港島灣仔皇后大道東130號號地下. Before heading over it is worth checking the hours, phone number and Google rating below, so the trip is not wasted.
Hong Kong has plenty of street snacks and budget eateries, with prices shown on the menu or price board and usually no service charge. Lunchtime and the evening rush are busiest, so take away or avoid the peak if you are in a hurry; some small shops close when they sell out or shut early in the evening, so check the hours before making a special trip. At cart-noodle shops you pick the noodles and toppings and pay by the number of toppings; congee shops often open early for breakfast.
Google lists the opening hours as daily, 11:30–15:00 and 16:00–21:00. It is open seven days a week. There is a break between the lunch and dinner sessions. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 9704 2538; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. As this is a mobile number, a WhatsApp message may also work.
Customers give it an average of 4.5 out of 5 on Google (226 reviews), a high score by any measure.
Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Wan Chai mixes the office towers around the Convention and Exhibition Centre with old markets and tenement buildings, and nearby restaurants get busy during big trade fairs.

A very nice Japanese-style ramen restaurant tucked away in a bar/restaurant cluster behind Wanchai MTR. The speciality of the house is beef ramen with a special thick, fluffy soup. Unique to HK, as far as I know, and quite surprisingly pleasant. Best value is to order the large-size beef. Gyoza as a side order is a pleasant complement. They have bottomless pitchers of ice-cold lemon water available at every seat and a convenient seamless app-ordering system. Suggestions for improvement include getting a liquor license: I very much enjoy sake or at least beer with Japanese food, and sadly this place is dry. Also - as is sadly all-too-common for ramen restaurants - the portions received are far too small to fill one up or indeed to justify the high price. I also ordered two extra eggs to help buttress the meal, but got two half-slices. $15 for half an egg is rather ridiculous. Finally they could tidy up the very visible behind the counter area. It is a very un-Japanese like jumbled mess of cardboard, dishes, and for some reason huge hideous clumps of I think ginger jammed into the pipes - rather distressing at first glance. Anyway good to try something new. Enjoy.

Delicious ramen restaurant in wanchai. Have tried their beef bone broth and shoyu ramen, with a small portion of char siu rice bowl as a side (part of their lunch set). Lunch set included a ramen, small side and drink, for $120-130. Noodles are springy, broth is very rich, meat is very tender. Store is small with limited seating. Staff are nice and friendly.

The Best beef ramen … It tastes delicious, the noodles are chewy and the broth is really thick. This is really the beef ramen I've been looking for all this time. You have to try it and I guarantee you'll be addicted. I'll come here again another time 😋

Best premium ramen restaurant in Hong Kong at WanChai side! Every ramen meal here is amazingly delicious. Our favorite is the over the top Wagyu ramen with beef stock soup! It is incredibly delicious generous amount of premium Wagyu slices, enjoyed with good quality ramen.

I ordered the soy sauce one. The soup is very complex, the pork very tasty and tender, and the noodles are just right. But I can totally tell the beef is not the top quality. Will definitely come back to try the beef bone soup one, but won't order the one full of beef.
