This is my fourth time stay at Novotel Century Hong Kong. This hotel has the great team of staff (Tiffany, Erika, Gary, Steven) who make me feel like home every time I m here. Special mention to Tiffany and Erika who always so helpful and cheerful to assist me n my husband with services we need in all our stays at the hotel. Their professionalism is highly commented. Room is clean, good size and location is so close to shops and food.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding and exceeded all our expectations in every way. The service, in particular, was exceptional – attentive, warm, and highly professional throughout. A very special thank you goes to Gary. His friendliness, helpfulness, and genuine dedication truly made our stay unforgettable. It was clear that he genuinely cares about the guests’ experience, and we have rarely felt so welcome and well taken care of. The entire team is doing an amazing job, the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, and the overall quality of the hotel speaks for itself. We would be more than happy to return and can highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Hong Kong and had a wonderful experience overall. The room offered a lovely view (did not took photo of the view tho), which made the stay even more enjoyable—although it was a bit close to the elevator, it didn’t take away much from the comfort. Everything else was splendid. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the location is very convenient. It’s especially easy to access from Exhibition Station, as there’s an escalator directly from the station and no need to cross the road, which is a big plus when traveling with luggage. A special mention to the Guest Relations team for the warm welcome amenities prepared for our special occasion—such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The room itself was nice and spacious, even though we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. Housekeeping service was generally good; they missed topping up the shower gel on our last night, but it wasn’t a big issue. Once we called, the team responded promptly. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my peers and would happily stay again on my next visit to Hong Kong.
