We had an absolute dream of a stay at The St. Regis Hong Kong! The rooms were immaculate, spotlessly clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The food was nothing short of amazing. They were extremely accommodating to our preferences, making dining an absolute highlight of our trip. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its world-class team. While every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, a huge special shout-out goes to Fanny and Owen. They went above and beyond to make us feel so special, valued, and right at home throughout our stay. Their genuine care and exceptional service made a lasting impression on us. If you’re looking for unmatched luxury paired with authentic, top-tier hospitality in Hong Kong, look no further. We cannot wait to return!

First Stay at The St. Regis Hong Kong For my first St. Regis experience in Hong Kong, I was thoroughly impressed by the great hospitality. A special thank you to assistant chef butler Angel Tam for making the arrival so memorable. Her warm welcome set the tone for the entire visit. She gave a comprehensive introduction to the amenities and the room, and prepared a lovely bottle of sparkling wine alongside a delicious welcome cake featuring local flavors (pineapple bun, egg tart, and mango sticky rice treat). The handwritten welcome letter added a touch of genuine warmth that immediately stood out. For the room itself, the dual-aspect view from this corner room is spectacular, taking in the urban skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows. The ​bed is comfortable the duvet is the best compared to all other St. Regis properties I have visited. Silky smooth, and incredibly comfortable without feeling heavy or overly hot. ​Bathroom: The standalone, extra-large soaking tub serves as a main feature, marble wall next to it feels like a piece of art. We had an excellent experience staying at the St Regis Hong Kong this month. The property was what we'd expect as a five-star hotel. The room was large, immaculate clean and beautifully furnished. There was shower and a huge soaking bathtub which we took full advantage of. We're offered complementary breakfast as platinum elite member. Breakfast was ordered a la carte style, everything was made to order. This was an elevated experience comparing to the typical buffet breakfast. The real highlight that distinguishes St Regis from the other hotels was the staff members and their services. Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly, professional and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Special big shout-out to Kylie at the fitness center, Alan and Dexter at the Drawing Room, they really showed us the hospitality that really exceeded out expectations. St Regis Hong Kong is definitely one of our favorite luxury hotels in Hong Kong. That is quite significant given there are so many excellent hotels in Hong Kong. If there is anything I'd nitpick would be the lack of sights from the hotel rooms. The hotel was surrounded by other high rise buildings.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The service is amazing and everything is totally exceptional. Everyone’s so nice and attentive, specially the two ladies at reception, Sun Ni and Florence as well as the gentleman, Sherwin. Sherwin helped with last minute booking over the phone and ensured that the best rate and discount was provided! And went out of his way to be welcoming. Florence and Sun Ni… where do I start from?! They’re absolutely amazing! Really kind, caring and attentive! Really made the stay special and gave all the tips, suggestions and recommendations! And the way they spoke, although very professional, but made me feel like a friend rather than a guest, which was extremely special. And they went out of their way to leave a beautiful note and to print off a full daily itinerary for me 🤍 will definitely come back!!
