Horrible customer service and people who work there. For the price plenty of much better options available near by. On a slope, hard to stop taxi and dangerous.

Only complaint is.... dont book the lower floors. The noise from the pubs and bars can be a little much. Otherwise, the staff and facilities are very good!

My husband and I stayed at Shama Central for two months while relocating to Hong Kong. His company placed us here initially for a month, but we ended up needing more time to find a permanent home and extended our stay—something that Gloria, the staff member handling our booking, made incredibly easy. She was helpful and accommodating throughout the process. The serviced apartment is well-kept and clean, even though the building itself looks a bit dated. It’s important to note that this isn’t a traditional hotel setup—there’s no formal lobby or staff at the entrance to help with bags. In fact, we had a hard time locating the building on our first day, even with an Uber drop-off. For anyone else arriving for the first time: it’s located at the intersection of Peel Street and Gage Street, just to the left of Pizza Project—a helpful landmark to keep in mind. The location is prime. You’re right in the heart of Central, surrounded by a great mix of old and new Hong Kong.
