Booked 2 superior rooms which on top floor The first room had a dreadful smell as if from sewers and 2nd room had a dreadful noise on top of the AC noise. It took a while to convince them to change our rooms They would not allow refund for nights of bad stay but them moved us to deluxe room which had a foot extra space and different view this was better for us as we were next to each other . The hotel has free shuttle bus to central during daytime.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Location is great. You can enter the horse racing venue just by walking 5 minutes. Shuttle service is greatly appreciated. Service is excellent. Especially Joyce. She helped me so much with my complicated booking trouble. Five stars to Joyce. Great help
