If coming from Tsim Sha Tsui/East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station, use Exit H to enter iSquare Mall. Then, go to Lift Lobby and take the Lift to Level 7. If entered iSquare Mall at the ground level, then also go to Lift Lobby and take the Lift to Level 7. The Box Office of Emperor Cinemas to book tickets (Self-Service Kiosk/Customer Service Desk) and redeem gifts is at Level 7. If you already have tickets, then directly take the cinema escalator to go up to the Movie Houses and F&B Counters.

The IMAX cinema layout is very poor. The front row seat is way too close to the screen and the screen reaches the floor. If you cannot make a good viewing experience, don't pack so many seats in. To advertise that you got the biggest and best IMAX screen is false advertising. Also, the exit experience after the show is very poor and I wonder if it is even safe. Long narrow corridors that only maybe 1.5 person can walk. And it is a long way like this back to the lower floors.

Got to watch the 4k restoration of in the mood for love. They have a promo wherein you buy two ticket then fill out the form online, you'll get an A3 sized poster. The cinema experience was nice, the screens were nice and bright, all areas were clean, and the seats were quite comfortable. My only issue was with the food counter. I ordered buttered popcorn ans sprite but they gave me caramel popcorn, which tasted so bad with sprite. Also for any foreigners planning to watch a movie, don't go in 30 minutes early because rhe movie might not be done yet. I ended up catching the last 15 minutes of Vital Signs (2023) because I went in early.

I have seen many movies here and it was always a pleasant experience! The imax screen is quite big and the seat inclination is just ok Other screens are also well maintained
