Veggie Kingdom in Tsim Sha Tsui is one of those rare vegetarian spots where the food is so tasty you hardly notice there’s no meat. The dim sum is all delicious, but the crispy turnip cake really stands out — it’s easily one of the best in Hong Kong. They do a modern take on Cantonese cuisine, focusing on natural ingredients and clever cooking rather than relying on processed fake meats. Everything from the silky rice rolls to the fried dumplings hits the right notes on texture and flavour, and even committed carnivores tend to leave happy. Service is quick and friendly, and the space works well for a casual meal or a more private dinner in the VIP room. If you’re heading over, start with a mix of dim sum, make sure to order the turnip cake, and then pick a couple of mains that look interesting — you really can’t go wrong.

There’s no dimsum. It is only served during lunch. Other visitors also looked for dimsum as well. It is recommended to reserve beforehand or there might not be seating. Mandarin is welcome but English speakers might face some difficulty. Card accepted. Food was awesome. We ordered french bean stir-fried which was my all time fav. One of their fried rice with preserved (nicely done with wok pan) and char siew pork that is absolutely too like pork

Veggie Kingdom is worth the effort of finding it — and some effort is required, given it sits on the 7th floor with no particular fanfare announcing its existence at street level. We were pointed here by our tour guide, a Hong Kong local and vegetarian, which turned out to be a very good tip. Once up there, the dim sum delivered. The food was very good and the service was genuinely friendly — notably so. When we over-ordered, the staff flagged it and suggested which dish to cancel rather than simply letting the order go through. That kind of honesty is rare and appreciated. Reservations recommended. A solid and reliable spot for vegetarian dim sum in Kowloon.

I recently visited this vegetarian restaurant on Canton Road with my colleagues for lunch, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of dim sum options that were flavorful and satisfying. What impressed me most is that it’s not only a great choice for vegetarians, but for anyone who enjoys tasty, well-prepared dishes. The atmosphere makes it an excellent spot for a lunch date or a group meal, and the service so so but I truly enjoyed my time there and will definitely be going back again. Highly recommended!

Firstly, before I come to Hong Kong, I had already planned my itinerary for vegetarian/vegan food. I personally is a vegetarian and vegan. Secondly, upon reaching Veggie Kingdom, earlier I had a lunch at Veggie4Love. Due to meeting a friend a day before, so I had to make changes. So, the staff told me that if I do not have a reservation, I have to wait up to 1 hour. I said no problem. Nevertheless, she tried to give me a table if that customer failed to arrive in time. So she asked me to order some of the dishes first. This Veggie Kingdom outlet here is a Dim Sum based food, so I ordered a few fried items and a few steamed items. I would say, everything taste marvelous, simply looking at my photos will know I am telling the true. However, as mentioned earlier I already had a lunch at Veggie4Love, so I decided to takeaway the leftovers, at the same time, I can have breakfast the next day. Lastly, while I am still full, I decided to walk around the street and eventually had a stroll at Kowloon Park. Meanwhile, I saw a senior lady sweeping in the park, and I decided to gave her my takeaway food to her. Since I had ate it, and I think she might not eat before. I asked her, do you e
