I visited this branch with my elderly mother to enquire about opening a bank account. While I understand the bank has compliance procedures, the staff member who assisted us was unfriendly, impatient and lacked basic customer service skills. The overall attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. My main concern is not the account opening outcome, but the way we were treated. I hope the branch can improve staff training, especially when dealing with elderly customers.

One of the female clerk is absolutely no basic manner. Very reluctantly to solve the problem until the supervisor helps.

Too many people and personal and business services takes more than 45 minutes per ticket. May as well just give up and don’t ask. What a waste of time. The line ups at the atms last for on average 10 minutes per person as deposit machines and atms are slow. Passbook updating is the fastest service since most people never use it...although I have seen line ups for those as well. Regular banking services at the counter take on average 10-15 minutes per person. Don’t bother coming to this branch unless you have the entire day to spare.
