First time coming to this clinic. The environment was clean and organised. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The clinic was quite busy but the wait time wasn’t too long considering the circumstances but I suspect there may be long waiting times if it’s really busy and they fall behind schedule. Staff do seem quick and efficient though so I’m happy with the service.

My go-to clinic in Central for GP services. Really efficient, fast check-in and doctors are caring and helpful. Nice to see that they have renovated!

Extremely helpful and efficient medical and check up center. Gary at the senior nurse station helped me out numerous times in mobility the team across the center to help me during my 2 visits - I mixed up my health check date and it caused a chaos when the unexpected guest turned up but every staton was so friendly and tried their best to help out and get the individual tests rescheduled to their best flexibility. In the end all the bespoke item got handled very efficiently and I felt very well supported as a new patient. The doctors I met for both my GP appointments and during check up also were all very nice and professional. My eye infection was also treated and prescribed effective medication and recovered in a matter of 4 days post my visit. Also the lady at health check booking booth Surely I will be coming back here for all my future GP and annual health checks. Well equipped and very spacious and clean as well. High quality healthcare at its best!

The staff are friendly for the most part cause ima scaredy cat when it comes to health screening and body check ups. The place works like a well oiled factory and youre one o them widgets that needs to be processed through with brutal efficiency. My doctor Hermit Cheung was a very nice lady and I felt completely at ease with her calm and gentle bedside manner. They give up a choice of a snack and drink as well after your blood test if you buy the fancy health screening plan lol. I was in by 9am and out by 1120am so no complaints from me.

Worst experience ever!!!!!! 1. Waited for an hour before the check started 2. Each steps needed to wait for at least 20mins be moving to next step, and very disorganised 3. Ended up 2 steps got mixed up by the nurses and I couldn’t do the ultrasound testing caused by their lacks of staffs and inexperienced arrangement 4. They had to rearrange this ultrasound testing caused for me on a separate day which should not have as it should have done it all in one go. 5. Overheard another patient arrived at 8:30am and he still not complete his body check by 1pm which the entire process should not take more than 3hours according to my decade of body check experience Serious warning to any patient who wants a normal efficient body check and if you don’t have 5-6 hours to waste. You should definitely avoid this place: The Quality HealthCare in Princes building Central.
