My Go-To Spot for the Latest Tech! I've been a customer of 1010 for a while now, and I have to say it's more than just a mobile operator. For any tech enthusiast in Hong Kong, their stores are like a playground. They consistently have the latest and greatest gadgets on display, often right when they launch. It's fantastic to be able to get a hands-on feel for the newest phones and smartwatches without any pressure. What really makes the experience special, though, is the staff. Every time I've visited, the team has been incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable. They're happy to answer all my questions, demonstrate features, and just let me explore the devices. You can tell they are passionate about technology too, which makes for great conversations. It’s this combination of having the best new tech and truly excellent customer service that makes 1010 stand out. Highly recommended!

Always under staff and have to wait for ages. Staff also seem not to concern, work witg super slow pace. So bad.
