A great location with well-equipped office facilities and a comfortable working environment. What stands out most is the excellent service team. They are always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help and support tenants and visitors. The building offers pantries on both the lounge floor and the office floors, providing convenient shared spaces for everyone. Keeping these facilities clean and enjoyable is a shared responsibility, and I truly appreciate the service and support teams for the effort they put into maintaining such a pleasant environment every day. This is a comprehensively refurbished commercial building, and it is clear that the maintenance and service teams work hard behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. Their dedication and commitment deserve recognition. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a welcoming and well-maintained workplace.

Office air con has been broken for years, dish washer is broken, fridge door cannot be closed properly, phone booth always occupied by personal belongings/people sleeping inside. have to go on other floors to use photocopy machine and microwave. walls are thin, often hear people talking loudly next door. room not cleaned regularly. moving out soon.
