I had a very bad experience at the causeway bay branch with a 2D mammogram on 17.6.25 causing me a lot of discomfort. A rushed procedure of pushing and pulling. A dispute about the difference in equipment that they used last time, which was a totally different experience. Now receiving an apology stating the staff member was new and that she requires more training. I didn't volunteer for my body to be used for their staff training purpose. I consented and paid for a professional procedure.

Long waiting time, poor service and an okay environment in the Mong Kok branch. The nurse that helped me scan the X ray was not that professional. She rushed to finish the scan and only asked me relevant questions like whether I am pregnant after I took the scan, which doesn’t make sense. I took a X-ray scan 3/4 weeks ago and informed them to send the scan directly to my medical clinic, it’s still with them and never got sent out. Overall one of the worst experiences of people not doing their job at all. Do not recommend at all, especially when you are waiting for an urgent diagnosis.
