If you want an interior design firm that truly listens and delivers, look no further! Working with this team was a breeze from start to finish. From day 1, they provided thoughtful, practical design ideas that perfectly matched my vision. What impressed me most was their end-to-end project management and I didn't have to worry about a thing during the renovation since I have a busy traveling schedules. They kept me updated on the progress every step of the way, which gave me total peace of mind. Artwill team were also incredibly respectful of my budget. Instead of upselling, they actually suggested areas where we could cut costs without sacrificing quality to get the best possible design. Exceptional design and an amazing overall experience! I am originally from the States and have been living in HK for about 14 years. A couple of years ago, I finally bit the bullet and bought an apartment in the Mid-Levels. I interviewed a handful of design firms, but after meeting with Regina from Artwill, I knew she was the one. She totally got my vision for a minimal, contemporary space, way more than anyone else I spoke to. We spent about two months dialing in the layout, budget, and picking out some unique materials. As an American navigating my first home purchase and renovation in HK, Artwill was an absolute lifesaver. They educated me on things I wouldn't have even thought of, like steering clear of raw wood because of the crazy HK humidity. My absolute favorite part of the apartment is the living room. They completely nailed the cozy, earth-tone aesthetic I wanted by layering warm neutrals, organic textures, and subtle taupe accents to create a really grounding, inviting space.
