Promptness (Good front line, Poor back office) - Very prompt in frontline interactions. Extraordinarily slow in back office processes when dealing with paperwork (eg. leasing) and tenant requests for maintenance. Cleanliness (Very Poor when poor) - Clean and tidy inside the units and in the management office. The housekeeping staff is friendly and hardworking. Yet other common area (especially the lift) is very unclean. For example, the lift is like how the photo show every day for months and months. Sadly, front line staff seems not empowered to initiate such repair work. Design (Good, but the lift is not adequately maintained) - Modern and tasteful inside the unit and in the management office. As mentioned above, other common area (especially the lift) is very poorly maintained. Not worth the relatively high rental compared to other serviced apartments. Quietness (Poor) - Not Soundproof. Can hear neighbours loud and clear, especially when they take shower. Not much can be done. Walls between apartments are simply very thin. And plumbing system is noisy in old buildings. Pricing (OK) - above average Overall Value for Money (OK) - a little below average

Beautifully appointed apartments with consierge service including free laundry and dryer facilities, gym, common living/coffee room right by the Kowloon park!

Very very nice serviced apartments. Great central location. Rooms are well appointed. Some lovely views of Kowloon Park from some of the rooms. There is a reasonable "club room" and small gym and free laundry facilities. Concierge staff are always helpful. So far really enjoying the stay.
