Bentley has always had something different about it — the enthusiasm of the sales team, for one. Compared to some other ultra-luxury brands, the staff here genuinely seem engaged and passionate. The service at the dealership was warm, attentive, and professional, which made the visit enjoyable. That said, as a brand, Bentley feels like it’s going through a bit of an identity crisis. With Rolls-Royce leaning heavily into a more social-media-driven, ultra-flashy direction, you would expect Bentley to clearly define its own lane. Instead, it sometimes feels uncertain about what it wants to be. Is it a sports brand? A traditional luxury marque? A tech-forward modern grand tourer? A Porsche-fast performance machine? An EV-focused future brand? Or a V12 grand statement car? The lineup feels pulled between modern forces — performance, electrification, heritage, luxury, image — without a single, sharp identity tying it all together. The cars themselves are competent and refined, but at times feel a bit average in character, as if they’re trying to satisfy every segment rather than fully owning one. 裝修很用心，寬闊地方，好車
