I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent service. During my visit, I clearly communicated to the barber that I typically style my hair with a side part and expected the cut to align with that preference. Despite this, the barber proceeded to shave off a significant portion of the frontal-side region of my hair, resulting in a style that is completely inconsistent with what I had requested. When I raised my concerns immediately after noticing the issue, the barber did not acknowledge the mistake. Instead, he insisted that his approach was correct and dismissed my explanation of my instructions. I found this response both unprofessional and dismissive of customer input. More concerning was the complete lack of any effort to address or remedy the situation. There was no attempt to offer a solution, apology, compensation or acknowledgment of any wrongdoing, despite my clear dissatisfaction. As a customer, I expect not only technical competence but also a basic level of respect for stated preferences and constructive handling of feedback. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on both fronts.

Great service. Been to see Cary a few times now and he has excellent skill and very professional. Really nice setup also.

髮型師年輕，但有經驗，很有耐性，也聽及客人的需要再清楚地解釋他覺得怎樣剪可以更加適合。非常滿意。如男孩歲數是少過18歲，價錢是平些，只收$280. 太好，會再去。 Young and friendly stylist. Very patient and willing to listen to the client's preferences then add on his professional advice. First time tried to bring my son to try out, fully satisfied. A credit to if a boy under 18 yrs of age, got extra discount, @ $280. Very reasonably priced. Will visit again.
